TorA signal peptide

Signal peptides are special protein sequences that directs the attached proteins to the secretion pathways in bacteria which results with the transport of desired protein into the media or periplasm depending on the signal peptide. TorA is a widely used signal peptide that directs the proteins to periplasm of bacteria.
